Ankhway Marketing ("we", "us", "our") wants everyone to be able to browse our directory of AI tools, read our pages and get in touch with us, including people who use assistive technologies. Ankhway Marketing is a trade name of M&R MARKETING GROUP, LLC, whose business address is 331 3rd St, Macon, GA 31201-3312, United States.
This statement describes the standard we aim for, what we have done so far, the limitations we know about, and how to tell us about a problem.
1. Our commitment
We treat accessibility as an ongoing part of building and running the website, not a one-off project. We aim to consider it whenever we add pages, listings or features, and to fix problems as we learn about them.
2. The standard we aim for
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. Published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), these guidelines explain how to make web content more usable for people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, hearing, motor, speech, cognitive and learning disabilities.
WCAG 2.2 Level AA is our target. We do not claim that every page meets it fully at all times, and we list the gaps we know about below.
3. What we have done
- Semantic structure. Pages use semantic HTML, with headings in a logical order and landmarks such as the header, navigation, main content and footer, so assistive technologies can move through them.
- Skip link. A skip link at the start of each page lets keyboard and screen reader users jump straight to the main content.
- Keyboard navigation. You can move through the site and use its controls, including menus, forms and the cookie settings, with a keyboard alone. A visible focus indicator shows where you are on the page.
- Color contrast. We have chosen text and background colors with the WCAG AA contrast ratios in mind, in both themes.
- Light and dark themes. You can switch between a light and a dark theme, and the site remembers your choice.
- Reduced motion. Decorative animations respect your device's reduced-motion setting.
- Resizable text and responsive layout. You can enlarge text with your browser's zoom, and the layout adapts to screen sizes from phones to large monitors.
- Labeled forms. Fields on our contact form have labels, and errors are explained in clear text. The form does not use CAPTCHA puzzles.
- Descriptive links. We write link text that describes where a link goes. "Visit website" links on listings open the provider's site in a new tab.
4. Known limitations
- Third-party websites. Listings link to the websites of tool providers. We do not control those sites, and their accessibility may differ from ours.
- Decorative animations. Some pages include decorative canvas animations. They carry no information, so they are hidden from assistive technology. If you find motion distracting, turn on your device's reduced-motion setting and the site will respect it.
- Older browsers. Some older browsers do not support all the features the site uses, so pages may look or behave differently in them.
If you find a problem that is not listed here, please tell us.
5. Compatibility
The site is designed to work with recent versions of major browsers, such as Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari, on desktop and mobile devices. It is also designed to work with recent versions of major screen readers and with other assistive technologies, such as screen magnifiers and browser zoom.
6. Feedback and alternative formats
If you have difficulty using any part of the site, or you need information in a different format, such as plain text, please tell us through our contact form. If you cannot use the form, you can write to us by post at the address below.
It helps if you tell us the page you were on, what you were trying to do and, if you are comfortable sharing it, the device, browser and any assistive technology you use.
We aim to reply within two business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays). Where we can, we will provide the information you need in another way while we work on a fix.
7. How we assess accessibility
We assess the site through self-evaluation: we review pages ourselves against WCAG 2.2 Level AA, including checks of keyboard use, focus visibility, color contrast and zoom. We repeat this review periodically and when we make significant changes to the site.
8. Updates to this statement
We will update this statement as we improve the site or learn about new issues. The date shown at the top of this page tells you when it was last updated.
