This Advertising Disclosure explains how Ankhway Marketing makes money, how paid relationships are labeled on our website, and how we keep them separate from our editorial decisions.
Ankhway Marketing is a trade name of M&R MARKETING GROUP, LLC, whose business address is 331 3rd St, Macon, GA 31201-3312, United States.
1. Who we are and how we’re funded
We run a free, curated directory of third-party AI tools. Visitors do not pay to browse it, and providers do not pay to be listed in it. There are no user accounts, subscriptions, or payments on our website.
Ankhway Marketing is a commercial business. We earn money by providing marketing services to AI and software companies, and those services can include sponsored placements in our directory. We do not display ads from third-party ad networks on our website.
As of the effective date of this disclosure, there are no sponsored listings in our directory and no affiliate links on our website.
If the way we make money changes, we will update this page.
2. Our marketing services
We offer four kinds of marketing services to AI and software companies:
- Directory promotion: sponsored placements, highlighted listings, and tool spotlight articles.
- Performance advertising: Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads campaigns, covering strategy, account and tracking setup, creatives, optimization, and reporting.
- SEO and content marketing: keyword research, technical SEO audits, content strategy, articles, and comparison pages.
- Social media and KOL: social channel management, KOL and KOC (creator and influencer) campaigns, and launch campaigns.
We do not publish prices. Each prospective client receives a tailored proposal, and services are provided under a separate written proposal or agreement. We do not take payments through our website. You can read more on our marketing services page.
3. Sponsored placements and how they are labeled
A sponsored placement is a position or promotion on our website that a company pays for, such as a sponsored slot in the directory or a highlighted listing. Every sponsored placement carries a “Sponsored” label so that you can tell it apart from our editorial content. If we publish paid content such as a tool spotlight article, it is labeled “Sponsored” as well.
Sponsored placements can appear only in clearly labeled sponsored slots; payment never changes the order of regular listings. The “Visit website” link in a paid placement uses the rel="sponsored" attribute, which tells search engines that the link is paid. Regular outbound links use rel="nofollow".
| Situation | What you will see |
|---|---|
| Regular listing (no paid relationship) | No “Sponsored” label. The “Visit website” link uses rel="nofollow". |
| Sponsored placement | A “Sponsored” label and a “Visit website” link that uses rel="sponsored". Where tools are listed, it appears only in a labeled sponsored slot. |
| Provider is a client of our marketing services | A “Sponsored” label on the provider’s listing. |
| Editor’s pick | Chosen by our editors on editorial grounds. Never paid for. |
| Affiliate link | None at present. We would disclose affiliate links before using them. |
4. Companies that are our clients
A company whose tool appears in our directory may also become a client of our marketing services. For example, we might manage its advertising campaigns or its SEO work. We treat any such arrangement as a paid relationship.
If a provider has a paid relationship with us, whether through a sponsored placement or as a client of any of our marketing services, its listing is labeled “Sponsored.” This applies even when the work we do for the client has nothing to do with our directory, so that you can see when a commercial relationship exists.
5. Editorial independence
Our editorial decisions are not for sale. In particular:
- Editor’s picks are never paid for. They are chosen by our editors on editorial grounds, and neither sponsors nor clients can buy one.
- Descriptions and classifications are not for sale. Payment cannot buy changes to our description of a tool, its “things to consider” notes, its pricing-model label, or the category it appears in. Factual corrections are handled the same way for every provider.
- Paying never bypasses review. A tool from a sponsor or client goes through the same manual review, and must meet the same listing criteria in our Editorial Policy, as any other tool. Listing a tool is free.
- Ordering is not for sale. Where we show lists of tools, Editor’s picks come first, followed by the most recently added listings. Apart from clearly labeled sponsored slots, payment has no effect on this order.
Our Editorial Policy explains how we select, write, and update listings.
6. Links and affiliate links
Each listing includes a “Visit website” link to the provider’s own site, which opens in a new tab. We do not currently use affiliate links, so we do not earn a commission when you sign up for or buy a tool after following a link from our website.
If we decide to use affiliate links in the future, we will update this disclosure before we start using them and make clear which links are affected.
7. How we advertise this website
We promote our website with online advertising, such as Google Ads. With your consent, we may use Google Ads conversion tracking to see whether our ads lead to visits and actions on our website, and remarketing to show our ads to people who have visited before.
These tags use cookies only if you agree. We use Google Consent Mode v2, so the related consent settings are set to “denied” for every visitor until they opt in. While consent is denied, Google’s tags may send cookieless pings, which read or write no cookies and which Google uses for aggregated, modeled measurement. We also treat a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as a rejection of advertising cookies.
You can change your choice at any time through Cookie settings, and our Cookie Policy lists the cookies involved. To learn how Google uses information from websites that use its services, see Google’s explanation. You can manage the ads Google shows you through Google’s ad settings.
8. What we never do
- We never publish fake reviews, and we never sell reviews, ratings, or engagement. Our website does not host user reviews or ratings at all.
- We never sell rankings or present paid placements as editorial content.
- We never sell Editor’s picks.
- We never hide a paid relationship. If a provider pays us, its listing is labeled “Sponsored.”
- We never guarantee rankings, traffic, sales, or any other specific result, whether for a listed tool or for a marketing client.
- We never sell personal information.
